worldwide.

bibliometric
analysis

trends

smart

2020–2024.

total
216
peer-reviewed
journal
articles
obtained
from
Scopus
database
were
subjected
to
using
RStudio
VOSviewer.
methodology

based
on
dual
analysis,
including
surface-level
examination
in-depth
exploration.
Consequently,
new
conceptual
framework
presented
achieving
heritages.
It
structured
two
pillars:
physical
methods
pillar,
devices
processes,
digital
involving
technologies
environments.
Also,
results
revealed
that
dominant
portion
literature
publications
(61%)
emphasize
specific
topics
such
as
interoperability,
monitoring,
data
management,
documentation.
However,
training
community
engagement
represent
an
insufficient
fraction
(2–6%),
more
research
needed
