Loneliness is recognized as a significant public health concern, affecting quality of life and outcomes, including cancer-related outcomes. Thus, it essential to understand the prevalence risk factors for loneliness in people with cancer. Through an exploratory analysis secondary data from Health Information National Trends Survey, we investigated correlates among adult cancer survivors (N = 1,234). An estimated 35.9% participants experienced moderate severe loneliness. BACKGROUND Stress, loneliness, and social isolation are growing public health concerns, yet traditional therapy remains costly, inaccessible, stigmatized. Digital Peer Support (DPS) offers an alternative that is scalable, anonymous, affordable. This paper explores DPS through the lens of 5 A’s TechQuity: Availability, Accessibility, Accommodation, Affordability, Acceptability. OBJECTIVE examines as equitable emotional solution, using Supportiv, anonymous peer support platform, a case study. The goal to assess how addresses barriers care expands access support.
