Cytomegalovirus plays an essential role in human pathology. Primary infection usually occurs childhood and subsequently, a lifelong latency is formed which the virus replicates by evading immune response. In recent years, more researchers have concluded that cytomegalovirus reactivation may occur critically ill patients. Study objective: to evaluate frequency of CMV, HHV-6, and EBV reactivation in children within 60 days after HSCT.Materials methods: The study was carried out Raisa Gorbacheva Memorial Research Institute for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology, Transplantation the Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University We analyzed 95 medical records pediatric patients who underwent HSCT 2021. Pretransplant serostatus EBV, HHV-6 studied, as well timing virus transplantation. In prospective part, 35 aged from 1 17 years were enrolled. pretransplant evaluation included detection anti-CMV, anti-HHV-6, anti-EBV IgM IgG by ELISA, blood PCR viremia. DNA herpes viruses identified quantitative on day HSCT, then 10, 20, 30 HSCT. number viral copies calculated per 105 cells. Statistical analysis using SPSS Statistics 22 software package. Results: On pre-transplant evaluation, 47 tested CMV with positive result 36 children, 27 positive. detected 3 25 patientsMostly, occurred early period up days. observed average 25±4 transplantation, significantly earlier than EBV.In a study, revealed 28 (80%) maximum 20 HSCT.A trend toward an increase concentration 10 load minimal replicative activity. Clinically significant manifestations herpesvirus infection diagnosed 19 (54.3%) patients. Conclusion: High seropositivity before Herpes occurs post-transplant period, 20th forms mono- mixed predominates increasing load.

Background. One of the four important components formation cognitive functions is somatic health. But to date, there are no population studies that consider relationship with and school performance a large range factors, which allows us compare strength their hypothetical contribution functioning each other. This study second part population-based study, first presented in previous publication "A Single-Stage Population-Based Study Prevalence Mild Cognitive Impairment Children Secondary School Age". Aims — determine main patterns between cognitive-academic factors cohort Russian children, 5th grade students at school. Methods. In schoolchildren grades municipalities representing cities all federal districts Federation, links integrative success, number subtests performed level mild impairment, results individual subtests, academic leading hand factor were analyzed following factors: presence skin pathology, bronchial asthma, orthopedic, ophthalmological disorders, visual acuity, body mass index, parameters function external respiration, electrocardiography, ultrasound examination thyroid gland, laboratory blood tests. Results. The survey 1036 participants, 51% them girls, admitted analysis. It has been established iron content directly related success performance, especially strong subgroups above below 26.4 mmol/l. Clinical levels erythrocytes more strongly associated than other erythropenia worse. cysts correlates some worst activity. High index low hemoglobin poorer performance. Conclusions. for time on showed connection activity including content, requires further in-depth study.

Background: Various mild cognitive impairments in children are socially significant disorders that often found the practice of pediatric neurologists, but apparent lack epidemiological data does not allow us to judge scale problem. Aims: The aim study was assess prevalence combined a large cohort Russian children, 5th grade students at school. Materials and methods: results examination schoolchildren municipalities representing cities all federal districts Federation (RF) analyzed. Cognitive functions were tested, which consisted six subtests. According testing, using method assessing population studies, frequency assigning participants high-risk group impairment probability diagnosis evaluated. analysis links between breadth performed level impairment, integrative success, individual subtests with academic performance leading hand factor carried out. .
