Background. Linear programming, with its ability to account for multiple constraints and optimize linear objective functions, is a promising tool solving training planning tasks. This method enables the development of individualized plans tailored specific goals each player team as whole. Objectives. study aimed develop programming variants automating process esports teams’ schedules, enabling allocation workloads determining optimal distribution time across various types while considering individual characteristics athletes, constraints, diverse strategic goals. Materials methods. A comprehensive analysis scientific, methodological, specialized literature was conducted ascertain use resources, expert evaluation methods, well statistical Reliable methods were employed: dichotomous scale (results processed using Cochran’s Q concordance coefficient, which determined consistency opinions regarding type training); ratio (ranking) – analyzed Kendall’s W coefficient. Results. An algorithm proposed, takes into expert-defined ratios constraints. To teams, developed, describing between different task. Variant 1 serves static without optimizing 2 optimizes allocation, athletes team. It incorporates such total weekly hours, minimum required training, other limitations. Background. The current trend in the modernization of university physical education involves development a personal educational trajectory for each student. Objectives. study aimed to determine peculiarities young male students’ motor fitness components, taking into consideration their somatotypes and absence compulsory activity at university. Materials methods. involved 39 men aged 17.6±0.5 years who had just started studying university, belonged different no restrictions use parameters. somatotype was determined using modified Stefko-Ostrovsky method. 11 main components were examined, tests recommended by researchers, appropriate testing methods instruments.
