Dynamic Evaluation on High-Quality Development Level in the Manufacturing Industry

Promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is key to achieving sustainable economic development. This paper built an evaluation indicator system for industry’s using structural equation model. An improved TOPSIS model was constructed based combined weighting difference maximization method. time series arithmetic mean operator introduced assign weight time, quadratic weighted integration enabled dynamic evaluation.
