The fundamental novelty in the pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) was discovered as a result recent identification role long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). Here, we discuss several mechanisms for dysregulation expression protein-coding genes initiated by lncRNAs most common and aggressive type kidney cancer—clear RCC (ccRCC). A model competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) is considered, which lncRNA acts on through lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA axis. For studied oncogenic lncRNAs, such HOTAIR, MALAT1, TUG1, regulatory axes were identified ccRCC, demonstrating number sites various miRNAs. Interestingly, LINC00973/miR-7109/Siglec-15 axis represents novel agent that can suppress immune response patients with serving valuable target addition to PD1/PD-L1 pathway. Other action involving direct binding proteins, mRNAs, genes/DNA, are also considered. Our review briefly highlights methods verified. We pay special attention protein targets signaling pathways associated ccRCC. Thus, these new data different functioning provide basis understanding ccRCC prognostic markers therapy.

Prostate cancer (PC) is the most common non-cutaneous in men globally, and one which displays significant racial disparities. Men of African descent (AF) are more likely to develop PC face higher mortality compared European (EU). The biological mechanisms underlying these differences remain unclear. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), recognized as key regulators gene expression immune processes, have emerged potential contributors This study aimed investigate regulatory role lncRNAs localized AF relative those EU assess their involvement response inflammation. Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) accounts for about 3% of all human tumors. Alterations oxygen, lipids, iron, and energy metabolism are involved in carcinogenesis, development, expansion. Thirty percent patients affected by clear renal (ccRCC) will develop relapses or distance metastases (mRCC), dramatically reducing their life expectancy. Current first-line therapies mRCC based on treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) alone combination each other tyrosine kinase (TKIs). However, only 20% show a mild response because innate acquired drug resistance during long-term treatment; therefore, resistant need alternative second-line therapies. Pharmacological represents big problem that counteracts the efficacy overall survival (OS) patients. Investigating molecular mechanisms underlying is crucial to overcoming insensitivity enhancing therapeutic outcomes. In this review, we emphasize latest most significant studies drive ccRCC carcinoma.
