BACKGROUND Long wait times for mental health treatments may cause delays in early detection and management of suicidal ideation behaviors, which are crucial effective care suicide prevention. The use digital technology is a potential solution prompt identification youth with high suicidality. OBJECTIVE primary aim this study was to evaluate the suicidality notification system designed detect respond needs services. Second, aimed characterize young people at different levels behaviors. METHODS Young aged between 16 25 years completed multidimensional assessments using platform, collecting demographic, clinical, social, functional, information. Of 292 notifications generated, 76% (222/292) resolved, median time 1.9 (range 0-50.8) days. Clinical initiated address included creating safety plans (60%, 134/222), conducting checks (18%, 39/222), psychological therapy (8%, 17/222), transfer another (3%, 8/222), scheduling new appointments (2%, 4/222). likely present severe comorbid symptoms, including low engagement work education, heterogenous psychopathology, substance misuse, recurrent illness. CONCLUSIONS facilitated by alerting clinicians detected among youth. Further, assessment revealed complex symptoms exhibited By expediting personalizing those displaying elevated suicidality, can play pivotal role preventing rapid symptom progression its detrimental impacts people’s health.
