Goal: this article analyzes the impact of a number factors different nature on financial and economic “resilience” business Russian small entrepreneurs during period external shocks (Pandemic, situation across Ukraine). Methodology: empirical base papers consist data five waves longitudinal study (initial — 750 people), implemented in 2021–2022 by Foundation “Public Opinion”. To analyze panel data, multinomial logistical regression with fixed effects was chosen (FE-model).
