This study explores the experiences and perspectives of women who accessed abortion through telemedicine a randomized controlled trial, providers policy makers involved care services Africa. Our aim was investigate acceptability implications implementing for early medical ours similar settings. Between April 2021 December 2021, we conducted in-depth interviews with 13 receiving services, 7 health 2 makers. The interview texts were analysed using validated theoretical framework interventions. Data on perceptions coded relation seven constructs this framework: affective attitudes, burden, ethicality, coherence, opportunity costs, perceived effectiveness, self-efficacy. Women experienced that increased privacy, reduced experience stigma, enabled relationship trusted online provider.
