The number of cancer patients is rapidly increasing worldwide. Among the leading causes human death, can be regarded as one major threats to humans. Although many new treatment procedures such chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical methods are nowadays being developed used for testing purposes, results show limited efficiency high toxicity, even if they have potential damage cells in process. In contrast, magnetic hyperthermia a field that originated from use nanomaterials, which, due their properties other characteristics, clinical trials solutions treatment. Magnetic nanomaterials increase temperature nanoparticles located tumor tissue by applying an alternating field. A very simple, inexpensive, environmentally friendly method fabrication various types functional nanostructures adding additives spinning solution electrospinning process, which overcome limitations this challenging Here, we review recently electrospun nanofiber mats support therapy, targeted drug delivery, diagnostic therapeutic tools, techniques

The selenization of natural products refers to the chemical modification method artificially introducing selenium atoms into interact with functional groups in target molecule form selenides. Nowadays, even though scientists fields involving organic compounds have achieved numerous results due their continuous investment, few comprehensive and systematic summaries relating research can be found. present paper summarizes methods several kinds important products, such as polysaccharides, proteins/polypeptides, polyphenols, lipids, cyclic compounds, well basic principles or mechanisms selenizing methods. On this basis, explored future development trend field selenized it is hoped provide some suggestions for directional application active ingredients.

Nanomedicine has garnered significant interest owing to advances in drug delivery, effectively demonstrated the treatment of certain diseases. Here, smart supermagnetic nanocomposites based on iron oxide nanoparticles (MNPs) coated with Pluronic F127 (F127) were developed for delivery doxorubicin (DOX) tumor tissues. The XRD patterns all samples revealed peaks consistent Fe3O4, as shown by their indices (220), (311), (400), (422), (511), and (440), demonstrating that structure Fe3O4 did not change after coating process. After loading DOX, as-prepared drug-loading efficiency capacity percentages 45 ± 0.10 17 0.58% MNP-F127-2-DOX 65 0.12 13 0.79% MNP-F127-3-DOX, respectively. Moreover, a better DOX release rate was observed under acidic conditions, which may be credited pH sensitivity polymer. In vitro analysis survival approximately 90% HepG2 cells treated PBS MNP-F127-3 nanocomposites. Furthermore, decreased, confirming cellular inhibition. Hence, synthesized showed great promise liver cancer treatment, overcoming limitations traditional therapies.

In this research, multicellular structures using two materials acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and Polylactic Acid in various geometries were investigated. At the beginning of samples with a thickness 1 mm made 3D printers. These subjected to quasi-static loading force-displacement curves extracted for them. Subsequently, LS-DYNA finite element software was used simulate under tested experimental mode simulated. After comparing numerical results ensuring correctness simulations, different states simulated total 6 30 examined. The obtained research showed that increase number cells, amount specific energy absorption increased. It also found square cores, cores each row column corresponds force peaks increases cores.

This research investigated the effects of eleutheroside E (EE) on 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced Parkinson’s disease cell model and its mechanism. Methods: To create a disease, MPTP (2500 μmol/L) was administered to rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cells (PC-12) produce an group. Selegiline (50 had been positive group beforehand. The divided into low-, medium-, high-concentration groups, in which were pretreated with at concentrations 100 μmol/L, 300 500 μmol/L. Next, added separately. CCK-8 method used measure survival rate. Apart from method, mitochondrial membrane potential detection, reactive oxygen species (ROS) other methods also adopted verify effect low, medium, high MPTP-induced model. Western blot analysis detect changes expression intracellular proteins CytC, Nrf2, NQO1 clarify results are as follows. Compared group, rates all increased. medium ROS levels decreased. Moreover, apoptosis rate decreased upregulated. Conclusion: Eleutheroside can improve PC-12 by increasing reducing level (ROS). is regulated proteins.
