Background:
Whereas
the
burden
of
COVID-19
has
greatly
reduced
worldwide
in
terms
morbidity
and
mortality,
its
impact
is
still
affecting
many
countries
economically,
politically
as
well
healthcare
systems.
There
therefore
a
need
to
ensure
that
community
protected
safe
against
resurgence
by
embracing
vaccination
disease.
Taking

campaign
messages
about
vaccine,
requires

certain
level
understanding

positive
attitude
towards
vaccines,
all
which
influence
practices.Aim
Study:
This
study
therefore,
aimed
at
establishing
knowledge,

among
students

Islamic
University
Uganda
(IUIU).Methods:

data

semi-structured

Abstract
In
this
study,

proposed

new
data-driven
hybrid
technique
