Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized primarily by synovitis, leading to the destruction of articular cartilage and bone ultimately resulting in joint deformity, loss function, significant impact on patients’ quality life. Currently, combination anti-rheumatic drugs, hormonal biologics used mitigate progression. However, conventional drug therapy has limited bioavailability, long-term use often leads resistance toxic side effects. Therefore, exploring new therapeutic approaches for RA great clinical importance. Nanodrug delivery systems offer promising solutions overcome limitations drugs. Among them, liposomes, first nanodrug system be approved application still widely studied, demonstrate ability enhance efficacy with fewer adverse effects through passive or active targeting mechanisms. In this review, we provide review research progress mechanisms various natural biomimetic nano-delivery therapy. Additionally, predict development trends prospects these systems, offering directions precision treatment RA.

Liver cancer is associated significantly with morbidity and mortality. The combination of low-intensity ultrasound nanomedicine delivery systems holds promise as an alternative for the treatment liver cancer. This study focuses on utilization folic acid (FA) modified nanoparticles, which are loaded fluorescent dye DiR liquid fluorocarbon (PFP). These nanoparticles have potential to enhance targeting under stimulation future applications in vivo.

Liver cancer has become a major global health challenge due to its high incidence, rate of late diagnosis and limited treatment options. Although there are many clinical treatments available for liver cancer, the cure is still very low, now researchers have begun explore new aspects treatment, nanotechnology shown great potential improving diagnostic accuracy therapeutic efficacy therefore promising option. In diagnosis, nanomaterials such as gold nanoparticles, magnetic silver nanoparticles can realize highly sensitive specific detection biomarkers, supporting real-time monitoring disease process. terms nanocarriers precise targeted delivery drugs, improve bioavailability drugs reduce systemic toxic side effects. addition, advanced technologies nanoparticle-based photothermal therapy photodynamic provide innovative solutions overcome drug resistance local tumor ablation. Therefore, in this paper, we will introduce hepatocellular carcinoma marker detection, delivery, synergistic PDT/CDT therapy.
