The search for predictors of the severe course COVID-19 was relevant both during pandemic and at present time. aim study to analyze relationship cytokine levels in patients with EН before SARS-CoV-2 infection incidence coronavirus pneumonia. Materials methods. From database 290 stage II EAG who have been under observation 8–12 years annual blood sampling determine levels, survivors were selected (mild without pneumonia moderate severe, CT 1–2, CT-3). Anamnestic IL-1β, IL-1α, IL-1ra, IL-18, IL-18 BP, IL-37, IL-6, sIL-6r, M-CSF, VEGF-A, IL-34 HMGB1) serum EH analyzed (method ELISA). analysis obtained results carried out using Stat Soft Statistica 13.5. Results discussion. Patients (CT I-II) after 2–6 months infectious disease had significantly higher levels: IL-1α (p 0.05) a decrease IL-37 0.001). During multivariate correlation analysis, statistically independent between an increase viral confirmed only level less than 60.2 pg/ml (regression coefficient — 2.21, standard error 0.28, t criterion 6.12, relative risk 2.52, Walda 7.92, p = 0.006). When studying circadian rhythms content groups, calculating strength correlations anamnestic evening EР 19.00–20.00 frequency against background infection, it has greater specificity sensitivity (specificity 0.75, 0.82) morning concentrations. Considering that data on limited number patients, further monitoring is necessary, which by our scientific group. It should be noted essential hypertension are pathogenetically heterogeneous, including terms regulation. this area will make possible personalize phenotypes develop new methods prognosis cardiovascular complications features diseases.

Specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) promote resolution of inflammation, clear infections and stimulate tissue regeneration. These include resolvins, protectins, maresins. During self-resolving acute SPMs are produced have key functions activating endogenous response for returning to homeostasis. Herein, we addressed whether initiated with ongoing inflammation alter programs, if low-dose repetitive SPM regimen re-programs the response.

Since December 2019, a new form of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) has emerged worldwide, caused by SARS coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). This disease was called COVID-19 and declared pandemic the World Health Organization in March 2020. Symptoms can vary from common cold to severe pneumonia, hypoxemia, respiratory distress, death. During this period world stress, medical scientific community were able acquire information generate data at unprecedented speed, better understand facilitate vaccines therapeutics development. Notably, bioinformatics tools instrumental decoding viral genome identifying critical targets for diagnosis therapeutics. Through integration omics data, also improved our understanding pathogenesis virus-host interactions, facilitating development targeted treatments vaccines. Furthermore, molecular biology techniques have accelerated design sensitive diagnostic tests characterization immune responses, paving way precision medicine approaches treating COVID-19. Our analysis highlights indispensable contributions global effort against In review, we aim revise features, diagnostic, prevention, treatment options, how biology, modern bioinformatic tools, collaborations helped combat pandemic. An integrative literature review performed, searching articles on several sites, including PUBMED Google Scholar indexed referenced databases, prioritizing last 3 years. The lessons learned will place much position respond future pandemics.
