Abstract
Purpose
This
study
aims
to
review
and
analyze
the
evidence
regarding
effectiveness
feasibility
of
smartphone
applications
as
interventions
for
reducing
PPD
symptoms.
Methods
A
comprehensive
literature
search
was
conducted
across
multiple
databases,
including
PubMed,
Google
Scholar,
Scopus,
CINAHL,
PsycINFO,
Cochrane
Library,
focusing
on
studies
published
from
2019
2024.
total
491
were
screened,
yielding
ten
eligible
comprising
seven
systematic
reviews
three
randomized
controlled
trials
(RCTs).
Results
The
suggests
that
show
some
promising
results
intervention,
but
findings
vary.
Some
demonstrated
significant
improvements,
others
showed
mixed
results.
Core
elements
have
succeeded
include
educational
resources,
psychotherapy—mostly
cognitive-behavioral—and
support
systems.
Feasibility
