Latar Belakang: Kehilangan adalah keadaan di mana seseorang terlepas dari sesuatu yang ada sebelumnya, dengan kemungkinan sebagian atau seluruhnya tidak ada. Setiap individu akan merespon dan membutuhkan waktu berbeda untuk menerima sebuah kehilangan. Intervensi jarak jauh berbasis internet dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi tatap muka terapi psikologis bagi orang mengalami Studi ini berfokus pada keefektifan kehilangan kesedihan menggunakan metode literature review, yaitu rapid review. Metode: Literatur review CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane sebagai database pencarian artikel, rentang tahun publikasi 2012-2022, fokus utama mengacu pernah berduka. Hasil: Hasil studi menujukkan terdapat beberapa seperti exposure and behavioral activation, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, serta healthy experience after a loss, efektif mengatasi masalah berduka pasangan, anak, kematian akibat bunuh diri dicintai bentuk kerugian lainnya internet. Simpulan: secara menurunkan dampak korban memberikan implementasi komprehensif.

Abstract Purpose This study aims to review and analyze the evidence regarding effectiveness feasibility of smartphone applications as interventions for reducing PPD symptoms. Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted across multiple databases, including PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, focusing on studies published from 2019 2024. total 491 were screened, yielding ten eligible comprising seven systematic reviews three randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Results The suggests that show some promising results intervention, but findings vary. Some demonstrated significant improvements, others showed mixed results. Core elements have succeeded include educational resources, psychotherapy—mostly cognitive-behavioral—and support systems. Feasibility high satisfaction acceptability, especially when are user-friendly culturally relevant content. Conclusion provides current usability postpartum depression (PPD). It highlights inconsistent findings, outlines key features effective interventions, recommends developing sensitive user-centered applications.
