Paediatrics rapid response team (RRT) is a newly developed service under paediatrics home health care (HHC) programme which standby visiting that responds to non-critical emergency calls. The current study aimed compare the total visits and hospital admissions before after implementation of RRT project.A retrospective chart review was conducted from December 2018 2020. Follow-up receiving call initial complaint statistically significant reducing both within 7 days P value 0.03 0.04, respectively.The effective decreasing very special group patients. Additionally, emplacement proper triaging code at time attending helped unnecessary visit admission.

Abstract Recent major health shocks, such as the 2014–16 Ebola, Zika outbreak, and, last but not least, COVID-19 pandemic, have strongly contributed to drawing attention issue of resilience in healthcare domain. Nevertheless, scientific literature appears fragmented, creating difficulties developing incremental research this relevant managerial field. To fill gap, systematic review aims provide a clear state art dealing with healthcare. Specifically, from analysis theoretical articles and reviews, key dimensions are identified, novel classification framework is proposed. The then used systematize extant empirical contributions. Two main identified: approach (reactive vs. proactive) type crisis deal (acute shocks chronic stressors). Objectives:

To evaluate the role of teleradiology during COVID-19 pandemic from Saudi radiologists' perspectives to improve radiology quality service.

Methods:

A cross-sectional study was carried out in Arabia among radiologists working at local hospitals October November 2021. It contains 21 questions involved demographic information; general information on services; and impact COVID-19. One-way ANOVA used compare groups. Chi-square test groups regarding their distribution responses. All tests were <0.05 level significance.

Results:

total 102 participated this (56% males, 44% females), 58.8% them sub-specialized chest radiology. Regarding status teleradiology, 69.6% participants believed that is a helpful tool for imaging interpretation. However, uncertain patients' confidentiality. Approximately 87% agreed there positive contribution COVID-19, which enables decreasing risk infection workload. There significant difference between professional degrees overall participant responses (p<0.05). Academicians it enhances departments' work (mean=17.78, SD=1.86).

Conclusion:

Concerns raised complicated cases require physical presence patients, cannot be performed by teleradiology. Additionally, might provide insufficient communication with other professionals discuss images.
