Saudi
Arabia
(KSA).
Despite
high
interest
mobile
(mHealth)
KSA
its
potential
to
overcome
traditional
barriers,
research
on
application
mental
well-being

scarce.
My
thesis
reviews
app
market
explores
main
opportunities
barriers
use
publicly
available
Arabic
apps
from
various
perspectives
including
clinicians
individuals,
with
particular
focus
young
women.
Ultimately,
this
aims
contribute
current
knowledge
by
providing
design
recommendations

interviews,
co-design
workshops,

future
