ABSTRACT Objective An updated bibliometric analysis is needed to address the lack of comprehensive understanding Ilizarov technique's research trends and hotspots, fostering collaboration technology adoption. CiteSpace was utilized perform co‐citation analyzes on authors, countries, institutions, journals cited journals, authors literature, along with keywords. This approach aimed identify leaders, collaborating hotspots associated technique, while also predicting future development trends. Methods Data relevant technologies from 1994 2023 were extracted Science Net's core collection. Excel develop an exponential function for forecasting annual publication numbers. V5.5 used conduct analyzes, which included countries (regions), citation citations, Burst detection algorithms applied analyze keywords, keyword clustering achieved using logarithmic likelihood ratio. Results A total 2030 studies collected, publications technique fitting model Y = 3E‐37e 0.0439 x ( R 2 0.7979). Morasiewicz Piotr University Opole in Poland emerged as most prolific author. The leading USA China, notable institutions Egyptian Knowledge Bank National Scientific Center Restorative Traumatology Orthopaedic. Research outputs appeared primarily orthopedics surgery, a focus keywords such management, external fixation, distraction osteogenesis, reconstruction, method. Conclusions Based current global trends, number field will continue increase. Future likely place more emphasis advancing application concepts device development.

With the increase in number of stroke patients, there is a growing demand for rehabilitation training. Robot-assisted training expected to play crucial role meeting this demand. To ensure safety and comfort patients during training, it important have patient-cooperative compliant control system robots. In order enhance motion compliance hierarchical adaptive strategy that includes patient-passive exercise proposed. A low-level backstepping position controller selected accurate tracking desired trajectory. At high-level, an admittance employed plan trajectory based on interaction force between patient robot. The results patient-robot cooperation experiment robot show significant improvement trajectory, with decrease 76.45% dimensionless squared jerk (DSJ) 15.38% normalized root mean square deviation (NRMSD) when using controller. proposed effectively enhances movements, thereby ensuring

The inverse kinematics problem of exoskeleton rehabilitation robots is challenging due to the lack a standard analytical model, resulting in complex and varied solution process. This complexity especially pronounced redundant upper limb robots, where inefficient solutions hinder robot's ability adapt kinematic shape limb. paper proposes modeling method based on multi-objective optimization address robots. We analyzed validated this using robot system developed by ourselves. First, we established model defining end-position function, joint motion comfort energy consumption safety, human-like constraints. Then, was designed Improved Equilibrium Optimization (IEO) algorithm its computational performance terms ability, accuracy, robustness. Finally, experimentally tested with IEO discrete objectives continuous training trajectories system. results show that incorporating constraints into can not only quickly solve but also significantly improve shape. Furthermore, it has better accuracy stronger robustness than other algorithms when solving algorithm.

Poststroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) is a common dysfunction that places great burden on patients who had stroke and their families. Approximately 46%-92% of survivors experience some degree attention problems after stroke. Improving considered the core successfully improving function reintegrating into daily life. Eye tracking technology provides real-time feedback accurate monitoring processing, using this to introduce training may improve patient treatment outcomes. The main purpose study was investigate whether eye-tracking-based has positive effect with PSCI. This prospective randomised controlled trial.
