Background: The global rise in angina pectoris, a symptom of coronary artery disease, is primarily attributed to an aging population and increasing prevalence comorbidities. This study aims assess the efficacy safety Dazhu Hongjingtian injection (DZHJTI) as adjunct treatment for both stable unstable angina, thereby addressing significant gap current cardiac care research. Methods: comprehensive involves 2 parallel prospective cohorts across 28 medical centers China, enrolling 1500 patients with 2000 angina. Participants are randomized into groups: one receiving DZHJTI alongside standard therapy other alone. employs advanced statistical methods like Subgroup Analysis Marginal Mean Weighting Through Stratification analyze data accurately. Discussion: primary outcome this reduction frequency attacks posttreatment. Secondary outcomes include evaluation patient well-being through clinical measures such nitrate dosage requirements, vital sign stability, electrocardiogram changes, laboratory data. Patient-reported from targeted questionnaires will also be assessed understand impact on quality life. study’s results expected contribute significantly understanding DZHJTI’s role treating potentially influencing future guidelines.

Salidroside, a phenolic compound isolated from various Rhodiola plants, is the principal active constituent of Traditional Chinese Medicine known for its adaptogenic properties. Due to challenging environment species, such as high altitude, radiation, drought, and hypoxia, source salidroside scarce. However, numerous studies have shown that has range biological activities, including cardiovascular central nervous system activity, anti-hypoxia, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging activities. Although previous partially summarized pharmacological effects salidroside, overall not been analyzed. Hence, this review will systematically summarize isolation, purification, synthesis, derivatization, pharmacokinetics, clinical application, safety salidroside. It expected provide new insights further research pharmaceutical development

Introduction: Cardiovascular disease nursing is a critical clinical application that necessitates real-time monitoring models. Previous models required the use of multi-lead signals and could not be customized as needed. Traditional methods relied on manually designed supervised algorithms, based empirical experience, to identify waveform abnormalities classify diseases, were incapable alerting in individual waveforms. Methods: This research reconstructed vector model for arbitrary leads using phase space-time-delay method, enabling arbitrarily combine needed while possessing adaptive denoising capabilities. After employing automatically constructed machine learning algorithms designing rapid convergence, can waveforms well detect alert abnormal Result: Effective noise elimination was achieved, obtaining higher degree loss function fitting. utilizing algorithm Section 3.1 remove noise, signal-to-noise ratio increased by 8.6%. A clipping employed significantly affected external factors. Subsequently, network established generative utilized. The accuracy healthy patients reached 99.2%, APB 100%, LBBB 99.32%, RBBB 99.1%, P-wave peak 98.1%. Conclusion: By three-dimensional model, detailed variations electrocardiogram associated with different diseases observed. effective identifying perturbed damaged Automated neural networks patient identities facilitate precision nursing.
