Purpose
In
the
evolving
digital
work
landscape,

cyberloafing
has
become
a
notable
challenge,
this
study
aims
to
investigate
mechanisms
through
which
organizations
can
effectively
reduce
such
behaviors.
Specifically,

employee
adaptability
in
mitigating
cyberloafing,

into

temporal
leadership,
teamwork
attitudes,
and
competitive
environments.
