November
2022,
there
has
been
a
rapidly
growing
interest
use
such
tools

education.
While
educational

management

chatbots,
videoconferencing
tools)
have
frequently
evaluated
regarding
acceptance
usability
attributes

technologies,

scholarly
literature.

our
study,
we
present
newly
developed
set
assessment
scales
that
are
related
user
experiences
when
used
by
university
students,

Abstract
In
recent
years,
higher
education
(HE)
globally
has
witnessed
extensive
adoption
of
technology,
