Scientific literacy and autonomy are crucial for students to cope with 21st-century learning demands, where educators need innovate the process. This serves as rationale analyzing impact of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on scientific among fourth-grade elementary school students. The research design employed a quasi-experimental sample size 58 participants. This study aims to determine the E-Module practicum application based on science process skills for high school students temperature and heat material, describe students’ analytical thinking skills, identify effect of thinking.
