en
las
porciones
tropicales
de
los
océanos
Índico
Pacífico.
En
noviembre
2021
fue
pescado
ejemplar
esta
especie
unos
85
cm
longitud
horquilla
la
costa
caribeña
frente
a
San
Bernardo
del
Viento
(Colombia).
Se
carece
una
explicación
cierta
su
presencia
el
Caribe,
pero
importante
estar
atentos
futuros
avistamientos
aguas
caribeñas
exótica.

Abstract

lionfish
Pterois
volitans
(Linnaeus,
1758)
is
considered
the
most
well-established
fish
species
in
non-native
regions
around
world,
causing
severe
environmental
damage
and
risks
for
food
chain.

Brazil,

value

Madracis
spp.
as
potential
structure-forming
deep-water
coral;
this
work
represents
first
footages
these
unique
habitats
for
Caribbean.

surveys

detailed
digital
elevation

fundamental
para
el
manejo
un
área
protegida
es
la
caracterización
su
riqueza
específica,
y
uno
los
grupos
taxonómicos
importantes
en
ambientes
arrecifales
son
foraminíferos
bentónicos.
Debido
a
que
no
existen
investigaciones
este
tipo
PNNCPR,
se
consideró
estudiar
géneros
bentónicos
las
zonas
mesofótica
superior
media,
explorar
una
posible
relación
dicha
composición
con
sus
ámbitos
geográficos
batimétricos,
así
como
cambios
ambientales.

permitieron
concluir
submuestra
50
individuos
conchillas
buen
estado,
tomadas
diez
muestras
10
g,
fue
suficiente
estimar
presentes
zona.
