The study investigates the relationship between teachers’ readiness and teaching performance in implementing an Inclusive Education (IE) program. aim is to understand how preparedness educate students with diverse learning needs influences their overall inclusive classrooms. Constructed wetlands (CWs) are engineered water treatment systems that mimic the features and functions of natural wetlands. As a nature-based solution (NBS) for wastewater treatment, CWs sustainable cost-effective while providing various ecosystem services. However, their widespread application faces several uncertainties, particularly in developing countries. This study aims to analyze success factors challenges implementing CW projects. Using case successful Bayawan City Philippines, this surveyed 270 household heads from community benefiting interviewed stakeholders, including project planner, management, leader, social workers, workers. The results showed 89% respondents were aware existence 73% believed long-term sustainability. Among identified implementation government support (43%), good governance (32%), public (14%). Climate change poses a variety of threats to ecosystems, biodiversity, and human lives. Mangrove forest is one the key nature-based solutions that address climate its impacts while providing socio-economic ecological services. With increasing frequency extreme weather events, various national local governments are considering mangrove rehabilitation as natural defense these threats. This study aims assess value by focusing on goods services it provides well cost project at different implementation periods. We apply real options-based trinomial tree model evaluate optimal timing making an investment decision for under uncertainty in damage cost. Validating using Philippines case, results found economic benefits from forest, including market forestry fishery products, protection climate-related damages, carbon sequestration, ecotourism, exceeded project. Considering costs disasters, option valuation gave higher total which described more postpone rehabilitation. Solar irrigation is a climate mitigation technology to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in agricultural production. Despite its potential, small-scale farmers are unable afford photovoltaic (PV) systems and resort using the traditional diesel-powered pumps for irrigation. This study aims analyze social, economic, environmental aspects of introducing solar from perspective developing countries. Applying socio-economic analyses case Philippines, found benefits terms reduction GHG up 26.5 tons CO2eq/ha/year avoidance air pollutants such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur particulate matter. The energy savings between 11.36 378.54 L/ha diesel per year resulted range −USD 1255/ha USD 68,582/ha net present value, 30% 2958% with an average 315% returns on investment, 0.3 30 years payback period 2.88 years. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a developed video lesson compared traditional teaching methods in conveying TLE8-Cookery concepts Grade 8 students at Gacub Atad S. Iligan Tribal National High School and Esperanza Integrated School. Using quasi-experimental design, were divided into two groups – one taught using approach, other crafted lesson. The was following ADDIE Model evaluated on content, instructional, technical quality DepEd Learning Resource Management Department Section (LRMDS) tool. Results showed high ratings for video’s content alignment, instructional clarity, quality, especially its clear audio-visual elements. ABSTRACT Hybrid learning combines digital resources with conventional education approaches to expand educational offerings. While this approach has shown promise in addressing limitations of both online and in‐person instruction, significant challenges remain ensuring equitable access sustainable implementation. This study examined hybrid learning's relationship the development goals (SDGs) framework through a scoping review analyzing evidence from academic literature ( n = 80) reports 36 global organizations. Our analysis identified 90 potential synergies (54%) 45 (26%) across social, economic, environmental dimensions. The findings were analyzed under three main areas: (1) equity promotion reduced geographical socioeconomic barriers, (2) crisis response support during disruptions like pandemics natural disasters, (3) capacity building opportunities workforce development. Based on these findings, we propose SDG‐Hybrid Learning Alignment Framework, including new SDG Target 4.8 (Digital‐Resilient Education) guide initiatives. emphasizes infrastructure standards, teaching competencies, resource access, institutional continuity. Results suggest successful implementation requires integrating pedagogical while considering local contexts capabilities.
