In light of increasing global challenges like climate change, carbon neutrality, and biodiversity loss, the need for sustainable solutions is essential. Green FinTech innovation, which combines financial resources, services, technologies, has become a significant area focus addressing these issues. However, despite growing interest from various stakeholders, progress towards development remains slow due to fragmented academic knowledge. This study aims bridge this gap by offering practical guidelines those involved in green innovation. By examining new service process, including both front-end back-end stages, will identify key influencers such as customers, organizations, partners. High-speed rails (HSRs) are a sustainable approach in many cities. Although some studies recognize that introducing HSR is negatively related to carbon emissions, explorations of the mechanisms underlying this relationship remain scarce.
