Algorithmic systems shape every aspect of our daily lives and impact perceptions the world. The ubiquity profound algorithms mean that algorithm literacy—awareness knowledge use, ability to evaluate critically exercise agency when engaging with algorithmic systems—is a vital competence for navigating life in 21st century. Professional digital (PDC) frameworks teachers include technological, pedagogical, social areas are intended illustrate necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes digitally competent teachers. Using document analysis, we undertook systematised review evaluation selected PDC through lens literacy. This analysis demonstrated although some aspects literacy could be inferred within analysed, there is need further explicit integration. Just as DigComp framework citizens has been updated recognise importance understanding systems' impact, so should revised. Learning management systems (LMSs) were foregrounded during the pandemic, yet a paucity of studies has traced socio-material relationship between LMSs and educator professional selves. Mobilising mangle practice, research explores how materiality is implicated in lecturer positioning. The ethno-case study centres on contextualised use Blackboard Learn Middle East college. Visual elicitation interviews observations provide nuanced account positioning negotiated through material agencies power relations resultant to mandated implementation LMS. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterampilan literasi digital guru Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 35 SD Kota Semarang yang dipilih secara random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner 25 komponen tentang digital. dianalisis menggunakan MANOVA berbantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara pernah mendapatkan pelatihan/ workshop pembelajaran digital/ TIK belum mendapatkannya terhadap teknis teknologi digital, Sebaliknya, tidak pada kompetensi aspek kemamapuan dan menerapkan dalam situasi kerja berbeda kemampuan mengevaluasi uji ada sertifikasi maupun bersertifikasi ditinjau dari berbeda, kritis untuk masalah etika, keterbatasan, tantangannya, motivasi berpartisipasi berkomitmen budaya berikutnya perlu mengekplorasi lebih terkait utamanya telah pelatihan pendidik.Abstract: This study aims to analyze the literacy skills of elementary school teachers.
