The paper tested a moderated mediation model with social isolation, loneliness, emotional intelligence, and quality of life among Generation Z (Gen Z) employees. Approximately 568 Gen employees participated in this study. We used WHOQOL-BREF for measuring life, Schutte's intelligence test, UCLA loneliness scale isolation from Choi Noh. applied the PROCESS macro (model 7) by Hayes analysis, using as moderating variable mediating between life. results indicate that moderates effect on supports hypothesis 2. First, indirect impact varies function path. Second, both are negative significant predictors Loneliness is not an individual problem anymore but public health issue around world. Individuals who lonely experience mental physical issues. Strong measures needed to combat current research confirm intelligence-based interventions will help individuals fight loneliness.

This study investigates determinants influencing Gen Z's behavioral intentions (BI) to integrate AI-powered tools Indian Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) by extending UTAUT2 model with four additional constructs: trustworthiness, personal innovativeness, perceived task excellence, privacy concern.
