Under the rapid process of urbanization, many early renovated urban villages have also encountered problems. Due to development construction and continuous changes in spatial functions, already problems such as unreasonable commercial distribution, lack parking spaces, reduced vitality, activities crowding out affecting normal lives villagers. The primary objective of the article is to evaluate innovation potential Central and Eastern European Union countries. Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate technical performance goalkeepers via gray relational analysis method. Materials and Method: sample consisted 21 competing in African Cup Nations 2023. Data was obtained from official website Confederation Football Transfermarkt. Technical indicators were determined as “save percentage”, “claimed crosses” “passing accuracy”. data evaluated by grey method among quantitative research methods. In this context, six steps applied respectively. These are "preparation set generation decision matrix", "normalization data", "generation reference series", absolute value table", coefficient "calculation ranking degrees". Results: According results, highest calculated 0.7654, while lowest 0.3949. Thus, top 3 Ronwen Williams (South Africa), Edouard Mendy (Senegal), Babacar Niass (Mauritania). last Richard Ofori (Ghana), Ibrahim Koné (Guinea), Baboucarr Gaye (Gambia). In the face of increasing complexity risk factors in coal mining transportation system (CMTS) during process intelligent transformation, this study proposes a method for analyzing accidents CMTS based on fault tree analysis (FTA) combined with Bayesian networks (BN) and preliminary hazard (PHA). Achieving household food security is the tumbling issue of century. This article explores factors affecting and solutions by utilizing a synergy statistical mathematical models. The methodology section divided into two portions namely sociological methods. Sociologically, 379 heads were interviewed through structured questions further analyzed in terms descriptive binary logistic regression. study found that 4 independent variables (poverty, poor governance, militancy, social stratification) showed significant association (P = 0.000) to explain variations dependent variable (household FS). Bu çalışmanın amacı, küresel finansal kriz sonrası Covid-19 süreci de dahil olmak üzere, Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan bir ülkenin 2013-2022 dönemi için çok boyutlu makroekonomik performansını değerlendirmektir. amaçla çalışmada CRITIC, FUCOM ve GRA yöntemlerini kapsayan yeni karar alma çerçevesi önerilmektedir. Kriterlerin sırasıyla nesnel öznel ağırlıklarının hesaplanmasında CRITIC modelleri, alternatiflerinin sıralanmasında ise tekniği kullanılmıştır. Entegre ağırlıklandırma sonuçları, enflasyon oranının performansı etkileyen en kritik kriter olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca sıralama sonuçlarına göre, 2022'nin diğer yıl alternatiflerine kıyasla açıdan ekonomisi başarılı göstermektedir. çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular, politika yapıcılar uygulayıcılar tarafından performansın iyileştirilmesinde etkili sürdürülebilir stratejiler geliştirilmesinde kullanılabilir.
