This study investigates impact Intelligence tools on Knowledge Management (KM) stages their subsequent influence Responsible Practices Outcomes sector United Arab Emirates. Using a quantitative research design, collected 406 faculty staff members across various UAE universities via structured survey. It analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed significant positive relationship between use BI Tools implementation KM Stages, indicating that utilization instrumental enhancing knowledge processes. However, direct effect Tools’ usage practices’ outcomes was insignificant, suggesting need mediating factor. Stages Implementation emerged as mediator, benefits are realized through Moderation analyses showed Institutional Culture, Training, Expertise significantly moderated Usage stage implementation, while Support did not have moderating effect. These findings highlight importance fostering an enabling institutional culture investing training expertise leverage full potential promoting settings. contributes literature technology adoption education provides practical implications administrators policymakers seeking integrate into practices.

Sustainable food supplier selection (SFSS) can be handled as an uncertain decision-making issue. The Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), a type of non-standard set, offers expanded description space for articulating and data. Accordingly, this paper proposes synthetic decision method-based framework solving the SFSS problem within subjective context. Then, weighted distance measures PFS are introduced to derive importance degrees experts, which provide more objective result. information fusion method with PFS-weighted power average (WPA) operator is form group matrix competent accommodate deviation effect. Next, extended PF-measurement alternatives ranking according compromise solution (MARCOS) integrating PF-criteria through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC) presented calculate priority each supplier, capture inter-correlations between criteria. Finally, numerical example implemented show application proposed approach. Subsequently, sensitivity analysis parameters comparison among different approaches were conducted test rationality advantages resolving problem. results that reported practical way resolve problems

The integration of artificial intelligence and blockchain in healthcare promises a significant transformation data management, service quality improvement, increased patient security. Blockchain, by offering decentralized transparent platform, enhances the reliability security information. Meanwhile, intelligence, with its ability to analyse process data, helps identify patterns predict treatment outcomes. aim this study is Evaluation prioritization integrated factors supply chain using F-AHP F-DEMATEL. Following review previous studies, four criteria 23 sub-criteria were identified. In first step, these ranked method. second relationships among determined through F-DEMATEL, identifying causal effect criteria. results show that identified from "integration processes (C32)", "Provide fair (C31)", "health monitoring (C12)", "security medical (C34)", "clinical decision support (C21)" fifth, respectively. F-DEMATEL indicate are divided into categories, "stakeholder participation (C42)" "technology acceptance (C44)" being most important sub-criteria, while "monitoring (C15)" "patient-centered strategies (C22)" as sub-criteria. These findings suggest use AI-blockchain can lead improvements managing systems.

This article aims to introduce new aggregation operators (AOs) by assigning the positive real values known as priority degree among strict levels. To Develop complex T-spherical fuzzy (TSF) frank prioritized (CTSFFP) AOs, using t-norm (FTN) and t-conorm (FTCN) operational laws, also explain sum, product, power operations under TSF information. The set framework has a superior structure for uncertain data handling than an existing intuitionistic (FS), Pythagorean FS (PyFS), q-rung orthopair (q-ROFS), picture (PFS), spherical (SFS). Because of most generalized form IFS, PyFS, q-ROFS, PFS, SFS, it provides greater freedom decision experts information where these discussed sets fail aggregate ambiguous details. Utilizing idea degree, proposed AOs called CTSFFP weighted averaging (CTSFFPWA), ordered (CTSFFPOWA), hybrid (CTSFFPHWA), geometric (CTSFFPWG), (CTSFFPOWG), (CTSFFPHWG) operators. Some desirable properties such idempotency, monotonicity, boundedness, are discussed. show importance real-life problem multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) is solved with help developed CTSFFPWA CTSFFPWG enhance AOs' superiority, compare diagnosed theory give conclusions.

Abstract Multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) methods are vital in assessing variants under multiple conditions. However, involving domain experts developing models can be challenging and costly, necessitating more scalable independent solutions. This paper introduces the intelligent characteristic objects method (INCOME), which combines k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) algorithm COMET to create a theoretical decision-maker for comparing (COs). INCOME overcomes limitations of classical MCDA methods, such as TOPSIS approach, struggles with complex functions non-monotonic modeling. influences data-based knowledge provide robust framework options. The integration kNN enables improved modeling based on evaluated data, increasing flexibility independence approach. A case study gas power plants four criteria is presented validate performance method. results demonstrate high correlations reference model slightly higher approaches like TOPSIS-COMET. exhibits greater stability by utilizing all available data instead relying limited expert knowledge. proposed approach offers several advantages, including creating continuous model, resistance Rank-Reversal phenomenon, potential replacing artificial experts. highlights effectiveness Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis.
