The Value Proposition (VP) in diagnostic technology serves as a "positioning statement" outlining the unique benefits, costs, and differentiation an innovation under development offers to healthcare organizations its ability effectively deliver these advantages comparison current interventions market. Despite significance however, VP lacks universally accepted definition, which is compounded by diversity of technologies, their applications, varying needs stakeholders. This paper aims address this gap offering detailed conceptual analysis, revised definition VP, actionable recommendations for advancing development. We conducted targeted narrative review, focusing on literature explicitly defining VPs technologies. Using Ovid's Medline Embase databases, we identified 19 relevant papers, only 5 provided explicit definitions. Our analysis incorporated principles team science, encompassing reflective thematic analyses (1) interdisciplinary co-author discussions enabling us weave together diverse insights into cohesive exploration topic, (2) MTech's publicly available set anonymised responses from NHS Associates, capture perspectives decision-makers further enhance depth breadth our discourse. findings highlight multifaceted nature primary hurdles: inadequate identification unmet insufficient recognition key synthesized evolution definitions explored importance development, guided frameworks, such Health Technology Navigation Pathway Tool, ensure meet both pragmatic aspirational goals healthcare. Abstract Background The present review aimed to systematically identify and classify barriers facilitators of conducting research with a team science approach. Methods PubMed, EMBASE, PsycINFO, Scopus, Web Science, Emerald, ProQuest databases were searched for primary studies conducted using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. Studies examining approach included in search. Two independent reviewers screened the texts, extracted coded data. Quality assessment was performed all 35 articles. identified categorized within Human, Organization, Technology model. Results A total from 9,381 articles met inclusion criteria, which 42 148 identified. Human characteristics researchers, teaming skills, time. We consider across nine sub-themes as follows: roles, goals, communication, trust, conflict, disciplinary distances, academic rank, collaboration experience. related organization institutional policies, integration, funding. Behavioral economics and artificial intelligence (AI) have been two rapidly growing fields of research over the past few years. While behavioral aims to combine concepts from psychology, sociology, neuroscience with classical economic thoughts understand human decision-making processes in complex environment, AI on other hand, focuses creating intelligent machines that can mimic cognitive abilities such as learning, problem-solving, decision-making, language understanding. The intersection these has led thrilling theories practical applications. This study provides a bibliometric analysis literature gain insight into trends this field. Global challenges are complex and must be tackled in a holistic manner. Understanding addressing them requires collaboration across disciplines, often uniting the humanities social natural sciences, to ask better questions identify practical revolutionary solutions. Universities can excellent vehicles for transformational change as they educate next generation of civically-motivated thinkers create meaningful action impact. Too systemic, artificial barriers exist within these institutions that prevent transdisciplinary from succeeding. We recommend universities grand foster culture cross-department with appropriate internal external resources enable broader impacts. Together, funders institutional policymakers play critical strategic role fostering civic scientists researchers solve multifaceted global problems.
