of
this
research
to
find

This
study
aims
to
describe
the
evaluation
of
Japanese
language
training
using
CIPP
Model
developed
by
Stufflebeam,
including
context,
input,
process,
and
product
at
LPK
Akeno
Gakuen.
research
uses
a
qualitative
approach.
The
participants
consisted
managers,
2
tutors,
5
residents.
Data
collection
techniques
are
carried
out
through
observation,
interview,
documentation
methods.
analysis
include
data
collection,
reduction,
presentation,
conclusions.
results
showed
that:
(1)
context
evaluation:
program
has
been
achieved
in
accordance
with
needs
learning
residents
objectives
institution
or
(2)
input
all
aspects
can
support
implementation
learning.
However,
need
for
additional
tutors
infrastructure
facilities
requires
updated
classrooms
that
lacking.

process
components
run
well,
it's
just
related
tutor
activities
have
not
maximized.
It
is
necessary
provide
appropriate
professional
development
order
maximize
class.
In
addition
obstacles,
there

effective
classroom
management
strategies
so
specified
goals

achieved.
