This study aims to describe the evaluation of Japanese language training using CIPP Model developed by Stufflebeam, including context, input, process, and product at LPK Akeno Gakuen. research uses a qualitative approach. The participants consisted managers, 2 tutors, 5 residents. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview, documentation methods. analysis include data collection, reduction, presentation, conclusions. results showed that: (1) context evaluation: program has been achieved in accordance with needs learning residents objectives institution or (2) input all aspects can support implementation learning. However, need for additional tutors infrastructure facilities requires updated classrooms that lacking. (3) process components run well, it's just related tutor activities have not maximized. It is necessary provide appropriate professional development order maximize class. In addition obstacles, there develop effective classroom management strategies so specified goals be achieved. (4) Gakuen reached components, succeeded equipping citizens learn improving their knowledge skills Japanese.

The aim of this research to find out and explain how supervision evaluation management occurs in the Arabic language learning program At-Tanwir Language Center. background is Center (ALC) as an extracurricular organization for Islamic Junior Senior High School students who have interest talent language. This used descriptive qualitative that interview, observation documentation techniques collecting data. results showed ALC internal supervision, active passive well preventive repressive supervision. Carried by supervisors through chair, including directly observing progress, viewing teacher student attendance lists, teaching journals, other tools. As which carried plan implement program, it runs effectively efficiently also after activities order implementation evaluate deviations. Meanwhile, continuously once a month. It at end each semester. reporting outcomes, divides into 2 parts, namely short-term long-term evaluation. continuous improvement will be every year improve program. Through research, monitoring process course institutions, especially Arabic, known. suggestions future researchers, they can continue on influence development institution.
