Modern
medical
treatment

insomnia
is
often
associated
with
issues
like
addiction,
drug
resistance,
and
a
high
risk
relapse
post
withdrawal.
To
tackle
these
challenges,
the
Chinese
medicine
formula
Shuhe
granule
(SHG)
has
been
employed
in
at
Guangdong
Provincial
Hospital
Medicine.
Despite
this,
there
currently
lack
reliable
evidence
from
evidence-based
trials
to
support
widespread
use
SHG
treatment.
Therefore,

have
developed
randomized
controlled
trial
assess
efficacy

Insomnia,
recognized
as
a
prevalent
sleep
disorder,
has
garnered
extensive
attention
within
the
realm
of
public
health.
Recent
studies
indicate
close
interaction
between
immune
system
and
sleep;
however,
specific
mechanism
remains
not
yet
fully
understood.
Based
on
publicly
available
Genome-Wide
Association
Study
(GWAS)
data,
we
used
two-sample
Mendelian
randomization
(MR)
analyses
to
investigate
associations
731
cell
traits
insomnia
risk.
Five
MR
analysis
methods
comprehensive
sensitivity
were
evaluate
reliability
results.
In
this
study,
identified
that
14
characteristics
among
four
profiles
[median
fluorescence
intensity
(MFI),
