This study investigates the impact of employee engagement on organizational productivity within hospitality sector in Abuja, Nigeria. Utilizing a cross-sectional survey design, data was collected from 841 hotels using census-based sampling methods. The research objectives were to assess influence Emotional Engagement (EE), Intellectual (IE), and Social (SE) productivity. Findings multiple regression analysis revealed significant positive effects EE, IE, SE productivity, highlighting importance fostering across these dimensions.
