Methods We reviewed websites each journal Oncology category Journal Citation Reports' Science Index Expanded (SCIE) plagiarism. collected data from journal's website, or publisher webpages directly linked websites, ascertain what information about publicly available. Results There are 241 extant included SCIE, which 224 (92.95%) have a policy mention Text similarity software other checking mentioned by 207 (92.41%, 85.89% total examined). These text checks occur most frequently at manuscript submission initial editorial review. journal-linked report following guidelines Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) (135, 56.01%).
