As 2023 became a disruptive year, due to the accelerated appearance of AI tools such as ChatGPT, educational systems started change and adapt new approaches observed in students, teachers, employers. Although is likely be integrated into different industrial academic processes, its indiscriminate use could hinder development soft skills, including oral written communication. Hence, it important identify any AI-generated assignments secure successful learning process. For those reasons, this work, effectivity three plagiarism checkers, namely Turnitin, Unicheck GPTZero, was evaluated on an engineering-based text generated ChatGPT Spanish language. A comparison with rate obtained for original piece conducted One-way ANOVA. In all cases, based low rates (Unicheck: 14.44%, Turnitin: 12.43%), no detected texts. Likewise, GPTZero platform AI-Origin texts created (1.04%). Both results denoted efficiency these platforms high risk conducting without implications. Additionally, alternatives were proposed either integrating activities or replacing ensure skills competencies students.

The field of education and language learning has been fundamentally impacted by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) especially ChatGPT in the last two years. This study examines AI teaching learning, investigates influence GenAI on learners’ collaborative writing English as an additional (Lx). A dataset 190 written assignments groups participants enrolled a third-year undergraduate degree France was extracted analysed with tools including Python, Excel AntConc. Findings reveal 40% openly declaring use for their assignments, though subsequent AI-detection suggests figure is substantially higher. We explore number features texts, particularly high occurrence present participle clauses work, which seems to be characteristic AI-generated texts. Purpose: Artificial intelligence (AI) has been increasingly studied within medical education and clinical practice. At present, it remains uncertain if AI is being used to write personal statements (PSs) for orthopaedic surgery residency applications. Our purpose was analyze PS that were submitted our institution determine the rate of utilization these texts. Methods: Four groups created comparison: 100 before release ChatGTP (PRE-PS), after Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformers introduction (POST-PS), 10 AI-generated (AI-PS), hybrid (H-PS), which contained both human-generated text. For each four groups, detection software (GPT-Zero) quantify percentage text, “mixed” In addition, provided level confidence (highly confident, moderately uncertain) with respect “final verdict” versus Results: The text in PRE-PS, POST-PS, H-PS, AI-PS 94%, 93%, 28%, 0% respectively. All 200 (100%) program had a final verdict “human” >90%. By contrast, all (H-PS groups) “AI.” Verdict group 100%. Conclusion: Orthopaedic applicants do not appear, at be using create included their (GPTZero) appears able accurately detect PSs Considering increasing role development software, future investigations should endeavor explore results change over time. ABSTRACT Background: Artificial intelligence (AI)-based large language models (LLMs), such as Chat Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT), exhibit promise in aiding manuscript composition and literature search, encompassing various research tasks. However, their utilization remains unregulated. Objectives: The primary objective of this study was to objectively assess the ability ChatGPT 3.5 (free version) assist with tasks associated preparation based on pre-defined scoring criteria. Secondary objectives included an assessment factual accuracy data any false information returned by ChatGPT. Materials Methods: This cross-sectional planned Departments Clinical Hematology Medical Oncology Dayanand College Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab, India, a tertiary care referral center. Between July 1, 2023, 30, seven prompts comprising queries related design, specific data, or complex discussion hematology/oncology subjects were used. responses scored detailed criteria for completeness, independently performed panel five reviewers current expertise field hematology/medical oncology. Negative marking inaccuracies. Cronbach’s alpha interclass correlation coefficient calculated inter-observer agreement. Results: readily provided structural components customize immediately. presence inaccuracies, fictional citations, presented confidently notable drawbacks. 0.995, intraclass indicating good overall score 34.2 out 90, poor veracity references. Conclusion: iteration rapidly provides plausible professional-looking up-to-date topics but is hindered significant Future focusing improving response addressing ethical considerations content generated LLMs will help us maximize potential scientific paper development.
