Over the past two decades, interest in collective approaches to leadership has grown, with recent viewpoints arguing that shared (SL) is a more powerful predictor of performance than vertical leadership. Despite surge SL research, however, little known about patterns emerge within teams, when members perform collectively. The purpose this article address gap, by exploring how team share space different contexts. Adopting longitudinal qualitative perspective, explores predominant emerged five organizational teams Ireland, over period year. Grounded social exchange theory, insights are gained through multiple case studies authentic settings, using critical incident technique, participant diaries, and semi-structured interviews. Significantly, which were not same all contexts, distinct forms identified including withdrawal, specialization, rotation, simultaneous enactment, centralization behaviors. findings advance our understanding identifying connecting arrangements underlying contextual relational conditions.

The study aimed to examine the influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour through trust at Christian religious universities in Indonesia. This used quantitative methods with a sample 180 lecturers from 27 East Java, partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. results showed that (i) has direct effect and trust; (ii) (iii) was mediated by trust. Tanulmányunkban koncepcióját járjuk körbe, annak hasonlóságait különbségeit kortárs vezetéselméletekhez képest, érdekében, hogy megkíséreljünk választ találni arra kérdésre, vajon tekinthető e különálló vezetési stílusnak. Eredmények következtetések: tárgyalt vezetéselméleti megközelítések közül etikus alapjának tekinthető. BACKGROUND It’s not uncommon for the work-from-home (WFH) trend to persist after peak of COVID-19 pandemic. Various factors contribute this continuation, including technological advancements and benefits it. The results study suggest suitable leadership styles WFH. OBJECTIVE This research investigates transformational transactional on organizational performance through outcomes during crisis in Thailand. METHODS data was collected by questionnaire from 444 employees who work companies registered Stock Exchange Thailand Market Alternative Investment.
