Traditional hydrogel dressings generally have poor mechanical properties and stability when subjected to external stress due the undesirable chain entanglement structure of their single valence bond compositions. Therefore, it is particularly important develop a type gel dressing with good strength, stability, environment-friendly monitoring. In this work, transparent, pH-sensitive, highly stretchable, biocompatible anthocyanidin ionogel was prepared, realizing green accurate detection. Attributed antibacterial activity ionic liquid, biocompatibility pectin, ability scavenge free radicals anthocyanidin, exhibited excellent re-epithelialization in 14 day wound healing process. Besides, changes pH values monitoring over 3 days coincided normal exudate. The obtained also showed water retention, swelling properties, stretchability, 5 week illustrating great potential dressings.

Abstract Engineering silk fibroin-based biomaterials with tunable functional properties is pivotal for the next generation of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. We introduce a novel surface technique that harnesses unique chemistry fibroin to fabricate films controlled release copper (II) ions (Cu 2+ ), known enhance wound healing processes. By employing facile film-forming solution subsequent modification polydopamine (PDA), we developed (SF) coated withCuNPs, termed SF-PDA-CuNPs (SPC). This innovative methodology not only straightforward reproducible but also effective in functionalizing fibroin. Our engineered SPC demonstrate slow sustained bioactive Cu marked acceleration closure living mammalian cells. These findings underscore potential -loaded SF as strategy enhancing repair, opening new avenues application advanced care solutions.

Abstract 2D MXenes find applications in several technology fields. Solution processing techniques can facilitate the integration of these materials within technological supply chain. Here, a highly concentrated (up to 1.5 g L −1 ) and stable dispersion Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene flakes is produced by an environmentally friendly liquid phase exfoliation process (LPE) dihydrolevoglucosenone (Cyrene). The preserve their elemental composition after 6 months, while those exfoliated N‐Methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP), commonly used solvent, undergo significant oxidation. cytotoxicity Cyrene NMP investigated assessing cellular viability human keratinocyte (HaCaT) cell line, which relevant model for skin applications. data show that induce cytotoxic effects dose > 1 µg cm −2 , as similarly observed NMP.
