Abstract Several drugs can be used for treating inflammatory skin pathologies like dermatitis and psoriasis. However, the management of chronic long-term cases, topical administration is preferred over oral delivery since it prevents certain issues due to systemic side effects from occurring. Cyclosporin A (CsA) has been this purpose; however, its high molecular weight (1202 Da) restricts diffusion through structure. Here, we developed a nano-in-micro device combining lipid vesicles (LVs) dissolving microneedle array patches (DMAPs) targeted delivery. Background: Adaptogens are a class of medicinal plants that can nonspecifically enhance human resistance. Most the plant adaptogens have relevant applications in dermatology, but there still few studies related to their particular action and co-operative mechanisms topical skin application. Methods: Plant articles reviews published between 1999 2022 were obtained from Web Science Core Collection database. Various bibliographic elements collected, including annual number publications, countries/regions, keywords. CiteSpace, scientometric software, was used conduct bibliometric analyses. Also, patsnap global patent database analyze situation field cosmetics up 2021. Results: We found effects on diseases mainly involve atopic dermatitis, acne, allergic contact psoriasis, eczema, androgenetic alopecia, etc. And health anti-aging anti-photoaging, anti-bacterial anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, whitening, anti-hair loss, based results analysis, it is focus aging retardation. The dermatological Fabaceae Lindl., Araliaceae Juss. Lamiaceae Martinov., efficacy phytochemical components terpenoids, phenolic compounds flavonoids. Conclusion: repair barrier maintain homeostasis by regulating HPA-like axis, influencing oxidative stress pathway inhibit inflammation, extracellular matrix (ECM) dynamic equilibrium, ultimately achieving treatment maintenance healthy state. Naringenin (NA) is a natural flavonoid used in the formulation of wide range pharmaceutical, fragrance, and cosmetic products. In this research, NA was extracted from Searsia tripartita using an environmentally friendly, high efficiency extraction method: ultrasound-assisted with deep eutectic solvents (UAE-DES).Six solvent systems were tested. Choline chloride as hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA), formic acid, ethylene glycol, lactic urea, glycerol, citric acid donors (HBD).Based on results single-factor experiments, response surface methodology Box-Behnken design applied to determine optimal conditions for UAE-DES. According results, parameters follows: DES-1 consisted choline (HBA) (HBD) mole ratio 2:1, time 10 min, temperature 50°C, ultrasonic amplitude 75 W, solid-liquid 1/60 g/mL. Extracted shown inhibit activity different enzymes vitro, including α-amylase, acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, tyrosinase, elastase, collagenase, hyaluronidase. Thus, UAE-DES technique produced high-efficiency while retaining bioactivity, implying broad application potential, making it worthy consideration high-throughput green method.

Abstract Skin homeostasis is a complex regulated process relying on the crosstalk of keratinocytes, fibroblasts and immune cells. Imbalances T-cell subsets cytokine environment can lead to inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis (Ps) atopic dermatitis (AD). Modern tissue engineering provides several in vitro models mimicking Ps AD phenotypes. However, these are either limited their pathological features, life span, sample availability, reproducibility, controlled handling or simplicity. Some further lack intensive characterization they solely focus differentiation proliferation aspects. This study introduces self-assembly model which T-cell-signalling was simulated by subcutaneous Th1 Th2 stimulation. The self-established dermal fibroblast-derived matrices were hypothesized be beneficial for proximal signalling epidermal keratinocytes. Comprehensive histological mRNA analyses diseased showed weakened barrier, distinct defects, reduced cellular adhesion, inflammation parakeratosis formation. A keratin shift declining physiological cytokeratin-10 (CK10) towards increasing CK16 observed upon Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) upregulated downregulated models. biomarker genes CA2 , NELL2 CCL26 induced AD. While samples featured basal hyperproliferation, cells displayed apoptotic signs. In accordance, well-controllable three-dimensional exhibited AD-like phenotypes with high potential disease research therapeutic drug testing.
