Perineural invasion (PNI), a particularly insidious form of tumor metastasis distinct from hematogenous or lymphatic spread, has the capacity to extend well beyond primary site, infiltrating distant regions devoid vascular structures.PNI often heralds decrease in patient survival rates and is recognized as an indicator unfavorable prognosis across variety cancers.Despite its clinical significance, underlying molecular mechanisms PNI remain elusive, complicating development specific efficacious diagnostic therapeutic strategies. In realm cancer research, non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have attracted considerable attention due their multifaceted roles cancer-specific expression profiles, positioning them promising candidates for applications diagnostics, prognostics, treatment.Among various types ncRNAs, microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), circular (circRNAs) emerged influential players PNI.Their involvement increasingly contributing factor progression resistance. Our study synthesizes explores diverse functions ncRNAs relation cancer. This comprehensive review aims shed light on cutting-edge perspectives that could pave way innovative approaches address challenges posed by oncology.
