Abstract Transcriptional activity and gene expression are essential for the development of a mature, meiotically competent oocyte. We have found that absence cyclin-dependent kinase 12 (CDK12) in oocytes leads to complete female sterility, as there no fully developed able accomplish meiosis I ovaries. Mechanistically, CDK12 growing controls POLII maintenance physiological maternal transcriptome, which negatively affects protein synthesis promotes further oocyte growth. In addition, disruption disrupts folliculogenesis, resulting premature failure phenotype without terminal folliculogenesis ovulation. summary, we characterized single master regulator transcriptional program is growth fertility. In order to investigate the gene expression patterns and molecular regulatory mechanisms of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), global transcriptome profiles OSAHS patients healthy people were analyzed using sequencing technology. Differential circular RNA, microRNA, long noncoding messenger RNA was investigated between two groups. To further explore role differentially expressed genes in OSAHS, we functionally annotated enrichment analysis GO KEGG pathways. Finally, ceRNA network constructed. And validate mRNA through qRT-PCR analysis. The results showed that 349 circRNAs,552 lncRNAs,205 miRNAs, 502 mRNAs with compared population. Terms such as centrosome, positive regulation execution phase apoptosis, oxidoreductase activity, Th 17 cell differentiation immune response, neutrophil mediated cytotoxicity enriched list, suggesting a potential correlation OSAHS. Pathway Ferroptosis, Herpes simplex virus 1 infection, Pathways cancer, Hematopoietic lineage other pathways play an important By constructing ternary network, circRNAs four lncRNAs screened ceRNAs compete miRNAs co-expression associated by regulating function network. quaternary miR-8485 miR-6089 found be top ranked most closely Both similar trends. This provides more theoretical basis for exploring complex development
