In
order
to
investigate
the
gene
expression
patterns
and
molecular
regulatory
mechanisms
of
obstructive
sleep
apnea
hypopnea
syndrome
(OSAHS),
global
transcriptome
profiles
OSAHS
patients
healthy
people
were
analyzed
using
sequencing
technology.
Differential
circular
RNA,
microRNA,
long
noncoding
messenger
RNA
was
investigated
between
two
groups.
To
further
explore
role
differentially
expressed
genes
in
OSAHS,
we
functionally
annotated
enrichment
analysis

KEGG
pathways.
Finally,
ceRNA

constructed.

qRT-PCR

Abstract
Transcriptional
activity
and
gene
expression
are
essential
for
the
development
of
a
mature,
meiotically
competent
oocyte.
We
have
found
that
absence
cyclin-dependent
kinase
12
(CDK12)
in
oocytes
leads
to
complete
female
sterility,
as
there
no
fully
developed
able
accomplish
meiosis
I
ovaries.
Mechanistically,
CDK12
growing
controls
POLII
maintenance
physiological
maternal
transcriptome,
which
negatively
affects
protein
synthesis
promotes
further
oocyte
growth.
In
addition,
disruption
disrupts
folliculogenesis,
resulting
premature
failure
phenotype
without
terminal
folliculogenesis
ovulation.
