Dilated
cardiomyopathy
(DCM)
is
characterized
by
impaired
expansion
or
contraction
of
the
left
both
ventricles
in
absence
abnormal
load
conditions

as
primary
valve
disease)

to
ventricular
remodeling.
Genetic
mutations,
