Abstract Background This cross-sectional study investigated the online dissemination of Cochrane reviews on digital health technologies. Methods We searched Database Systematic Reviews from inception up to May 2023. with any population (P), intervention or concept supported by technology (I), no comparison (C), and outcome (O) were included. Data review characteristics (bibliographic information, PICO, evidence quality) strategies extracted processed. Background Young adults experience stressors in their transition to adulthood and are at increased risk of mental ill-health. This is compounded by young adults’ low levels health literacy limited competencies implementing strategies promoting well-being daily lives. Previous research suggests that digital apps may be particularly effective increasing the adults. In Sweden, there a lack on unique perspectives what constitutes health, well-being, ill-health—perspectives could inform coproduction evidence-based interventions targeting these issues. Objective The overarching aim this study was conduct needs assessment as part coproducing app for Swedish More specifically, addressed two questions: (1) What do perceive contributing ill-health themselves peers? (2) preferences ideas how can support during adulthood, including app’s usability? Methods We conducted semistructured interviews with 16 analyzed data using reflexive thematic analysis. Results Of participants, 9 (56%) identified women 7 (44%) men. Their mean age 23.6 (SD 4.22; range 18-29) years. Furthermore, 56% (9/16) were pursuing or had obtained higher education degree, while 44% (7/16) completed process completing high school diploma. subsequent analysis revealed three main themes: “To feel life worth living”—pathways through pressures pursuit “A personal space working one’s own well-being”—digital companionship others, (3) “Something designed me”—customizing journey. Digital therapeutics (DTx) are an emerging medical therapy comprising evidence-based interventions that regulatory approved for patient use, or under development, a variety of conditions, including hypertension, cancer, substance use disorders and mental disorders. Background Low engagement with mental health apps continues to limit their impact. New approaches help match patients the right app may increase by ensuring they are using is best suited needs.
