Phytoestrogens (PEs) are estrogen-like nonsteroidal compounds derived from plants (e.g., nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables) fungi that structurally similar to 17β-estradiol. PEs bind all types of estrogen receptors, including ERα ERβ nuclear a membrane-bound receptor known as the G protein-coupled (GPER). As endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) with pro- or antiestrogenic properties, can potentially disrupt hormonal regulation homeostasis, resulting in developmental reproductive abnormalities. However, lack diet does not result development deficiency symptoms. To properly assess benefits risks associated use PE-rich diet, it is necessary distinguish between endocrine disruption (endocrine-mediated adverse effects) nonspecific effects on system. Endometriosis an estrogen-dependent disease unknown etiopathogenesis, which tissue lining uterus (the endometrium) grows outside subsequent complications being manifested local inflammatory reactions. affects 10–15% women age chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, infertility. In this review, endocrine-disruptive actions reviewed context endometriosis determine whether has positive negative effect risk course endometriosis.

Neuroinflammation plays a crucial role in the development of various neurological diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, leading to significant neuronal dysfunction. Current treatments involve use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and steroids; however, they are associated with serious adverse effects, limiting their efficacy. Exploring natural products properties appears promising, resveratrol, polyphenol found plants, standing out for its potential benefits. Studies on resveratrol have been increasing recent years, analyzing profile this knowledge area can bring benefits scientific community. Therefore, study conducted bibliometric analyses, using “resveratrol AND neuroinflammation” as search terms Web Science Core Collection database. Inflammasomes are multiprotein complexes that activate inflammatory responses by inducing pyroptosis and secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Along with many previous studies on diseases induced canonical inflammasomes, an increasing number have demonstrated non-canonical such as mouse caspase-11 human caspase-4 emerging key players in various diseases. Flavonoids natural bioactive compounds found plants, fruits, vegetables, teas pharmacological properties a wide range Many successfully flavonoids play anti-inflammatory role ameliorate inhibiting inflammasomes. Age-related hearing loss (ARHL) is the most prevalent sensory impairment in elderly. However, pathogenesis of ARHL remains unclear. This study was aimed to explore potential inflammation-related genes and suggest novel therapeutic targets for this condition. Initially, a total 105 Inflammatory related differentially expressed (IRDEGs) were obtained by overlapping from GSE49522 GSE49543 datasets with genes. The IRDEGs mainly enriched MAPK, PI3K-Akt, Hippo JAK-STAT pathways analysis Gene Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes. We then identified 10 key including Alox5ap, Chil1, Clec7a, Dysf, Fcgr3, etc. using Least absolute shrinkage selection operator regression converted them into human ROC curve indicated that Alox5ap expression presented high accuracy distinguishing between different groups. By CIBERSORT algorithm, 8 humanized correlated infiltration abundance 3 immune cells. Finally, it showed significantly more effective compared other variables diagnostic model ARHL. suggests inflammation might play role development ARHL, providing deeper understanding underlying causes disease.
