Abstract We used pyroptosis-related genes to establish a risk–score model for prognostic prediction of liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) patients. A total 52 pyroptosis-associated were identified. Then, data 374 LIHC patients and 50 normal individuals acquired from the TCGA database. Through gene expression analyses, differentially expressed (DEGs) determined. The 13 (PRGs) confirmed as potential factors through univariate Cox regression analysis entered into Lasso multivariate build PRGs signature, containing four (BAK1, GSDME, NLRP6, NOD2) determined independent factors. mRNA levels evaluated by qRT-PCR, while overall survival (OS) rates assessed Kaplan–Meier method. Renal clear cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common type of renal cancer. Here we aim to explore prognosis and immunotherapeutic value copper death-related gene Dihydrolipoamide S-acetyltransferase (DLAT) in ccRCC.The mRNA protein expressions methylation level DLAT, as well relation DLAT survival prognosis, clinical characteristics, biological function, immune microenvironment responses patients with ccRCC were evaluated using multiple databases. Lipoyltransferase 2 (LIPT2) acts as a key enzyme involved in fatty acid metabolism and cell membrane synthesis.
