Materials methods: Daily was measured for seven consecutive days activPALTM accelerometer 8–18- year-old (n=28) age- sex-matched controls (n=35). The main variables were daily steps duration of time moderate to vigorous activity. A mixed model analysis variance used statistical analysis. Results: groups comparable terms age, height, weight, body mass index sex ratio. There no difference between the groups, (p = 0.83) 0.92). Both had lower at weekends than weekdays < 0.001). Abstract Background Patients with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) exhibit highly heterogeneous pain manifestations, which significantly impact their quality of life and disease prognosis. An understanding the phenotypes for this disorder influencing factors is crucial individualized management. Objective To explore newly diagnosed sJIA patients via latent class analysis (LCA), analyse these phenotypes, evaluate impacts different on short-term inpatient outcomes. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted by collecting electronic health records 165 who were first at Children’s Hospital Chongqing Medical University from January 2018 to July 2024. Patient characteristics, laboratory indicators, outcome data extracted. LCA used identify multivariate logistic regression factors. The Lanza–Tan–Bray method combination technique applied relationships between clinical Results categorized into three distinct classes, including (1) Class 1: inflammation-related moderate severe functional impairment (53.9% patients); (2) 2: mild intermittent extra-articular symptoms (19.4% (3) 3: no joint (26.7% patients). revealed that age ( P = 0.023) serum IL-10 levels 0.047) significant phenotypes. Significant differences observed among in terms hospital stay duration, intrahospital department transfer rates, status discharge. Conclusion Pain can be classified are influenced such as levels. identification has important significance developing management strategies.

Abstract Objective Little is known about the efficacy and safety of exercise training on juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). This study aims to investigate effect health, quality life, different capacities in individuals with JIA. Method A comprehensive search Medline, Embase, Web Science, Cochrane Library was conducted from database inception October, 2023. Included studies were randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reporting effects JIA patients. Two independent reviewers assessed literature using Collaboration’s risk bias tool. Standardized mean differences (SMD) combined random or fixed models. The level evidence Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development, Evaluation (GRADE) approach. Result Five RCTs met inclusion criteria, containing 216 female participants 90 males. meta-analysis results showed that had no significant patients based Child Health Assessment Questionnaire (CHAQ) (SMD=-0.32, 95%CI: -0.83, 0.19; I 2 = 73.2%, P 0.011) Quality Life (QoL) (SMD 0.27, -0.04, 0.58; 29.4%, 0.243) peak oxygen uptake (VO peak). However, significantly reduced visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores 0.50, -0.90, -0.10; 50.2%, 0.134). by GRADE moderate very low. Conclusion Exercise does not affect life capacity but may relieve pain. More are needed future explore

Materials methods. We conducted a cross-sectional monocentric 40 aged 18–30. collected data on anthropometric clinical measurements, including disease articular extra-articular damages. All patients had following evaluations performed: (dual X-ray absorptiometry), (International Physical Activity Questionnaire), measurement (using manual hand dynamometer). Results. Sixteen (40 %) were considered sedentary, 32 (80 JIA low HGS. reduced likely women, lower mass index, higher activity, damage.
