IgE-mediated allergies represent a major health problem in the modern world. Apart from allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT), only disease-modifying treatment, researchers focus on biologics that target different key molecules such as allergens, IgE, or type 2 cytokines to ameliorate allergic symptoms. Single-domain antibodies, nanobodies, are newcomers biotherapeutics, and their huge potential is being investigated various research fields since discovery 30 years ago. While they dominantly applied for theranostics of cancer treatment infectious diseases, nanobodies have become increasingly substantial allergology over last decade. Abstract: This review aims to summarize and evaluate the latest clinical evidence mechanistic studies regarding acupuncture for treatment of allergic rhinitis AR. Compared with traditional medical treatment, has fewer side effects drug dependence, especially those patients who do not respond well become a new hope. By analyzing results from RCTs, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, significant effectiveness in improving AR symptoms is clarified. We explore mechanisms immune regulation, neural modulation, inflammation microbiota assess its efficacy safety. The indicate that significantly alleviates through multiple biological regulatory mechanisms. Future research should further standardize protocols deepen optimize application. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterized by bronchoconstriction, airway hyperresponsiveness, and mucus production. The pathophysiology asthma involves complex interplay immune cells mediators, including cytokines, chemokines, other molecules. Despite advances in management, many patients continue to experience symptoms due limitations current therapies. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting specific mediators have improved treatment outcomes for some patients, but challenges such as poor tissue penetration high costs remain. Nanobodies (Nbs), novel class single-domain antibodies, offer promising alternative their small size, stability, potential enhanced penetration. This review discusses key involved asthma, treatments, Nbs new therapeutic strategy. We also explore studies innovations nanobody technology.
