Epigenetic
regulation
in
disease
development
has
been
witnessed
within

decade.
RNA
methylation
is
the
predominant
form
of
epigenetic
regulation,
and
most
prevalent
modification
N6‐methyladenosine
(m

A).
Recently,
emerged
as
a
potential
target
for
treatment.

processes.
Evidence
suggests

its
abnormal
changes

diseases.
Metabolic
diseases
are

caused
by

suggested

Abstract
Angiogenesis,
a
crucial
process
in
tumor
growth
and
metastasis,
necessitates
targeted
therapeutic
intervention.
This
review
reviews
the
latest
knowledge
of
anti-angiogenesis
targets
tumors,
with
emphasis
on
molecular
mechanisms
signaling
pathways
that
regulate
this
process.
We
emphasize
microenvironment's
role
angiogenesis,
examine
endothelial
cell
metabolic
changes,
evaluated
potential
strategies
targeting
vascular
system.
At
same
time,
we
analyzed
pathway
mechanism
angiogenesis
detail.
In
addition,
paper
also
looks
at
development
trend
drugs,
including
their
future
direction
challenges,
aiming
to
provide
prospective
insight
into
field.
Despite
potential,
anti-angiogenic
therapies
encounter
challenges
like
drug
resistance
side
effects,
necessitating
ongoing
research
enhance
cancer
treatment
efficacy
these
therapies.
