In Van Phong Bay, Viet Nam, the economically important macroalgae sea grapes (Caulerpa lentillifera; Caulerpaceae, Bryopsidales) and spotted babylon snail (Babylonia areolata) are cultivated in tidal ponds close proximity. A co-culture same pond could benefit farmers by saving space mitigating potential eutrophication.
