Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the high incident and lethal malignant tumors, most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage. The treatment CRC mainly includes surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy molecular targeted therapy. Despite these approaches have increased overall survival (OS) patients, prognosis remains poor. In recent years, remarkable breakthroughs been made in tumor immunotherapy, especially immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) therapy, bringing long-term benefits to patients.
