Abstract This study focussed on evaluating the status of recent research medical decision‐making for adolescents with depression and identifying hotspots frontiers via CiteSpace. We extracted studies that were concerned from Web Science Core Collection (WoSCC), covering period 1 January 1999 to 20 September 2022. used CiteSpace generate online maps worldwide cooperation among countries, institutions, authors. Hotspots systematically summarized. A total 368 papers related obtained WoSCC. The most prolific author was Nick Midgley (seven papers). United States University College London leading country institution in this area, 177 17 papers, respectively. Countries, authors all actively collaborated. Main trends include preference or attitude towards treatment depression; approaches seeking help; key role parent, family, primary care adolescents. Thus, further attention should be paid determining how promote parents, families, process create appropriate help‐seeking tools decision aids facilitate shared future.

Published: Sept. 11, 2022

Abstract O‐Glycosylation is one of the most common protein post‐translational modifications (PTM) and plays an essential role in pathophysiology diseases. However, complexity O‐glycosylation lack specific enzymes for processing O‐glycans their O‐glycopeptides make analysis challenging. Recently, research on has received attention owing to technological innovation emerging O‐glycoproteases. Several serine/threonine endoproteases have been found specifically cleave O‐glycosylated serine or threonine, allowing systematic O‐glycoproteins. In this review, we first assessed field over past decade used bibliometric identify keywords trends. We then summarized recent advances O‐glycosylation, covering several aspects: O‐glycan release, site‐specific elucidation intact O‐glycopeptides, identification O‐glycosites, characterization different O‐glycoproteases, mass spectrometry (MS) fragmentation methods assignment, data analysis. Finally, health disease was discussed.
