This study proposes a new hybrid machine learning (ML) model for the early and accurate diagnosis of heart disease. The proposed is combination two powerful ensemble ML models, namely ExtraTreeClassifier (ETC) XGBoost (XGB), resulting in named ETCXGB. At first, all features utilized disease dataset were given as input to ETC model, which processed it by extracting predicted probabilities produced an output. output was then added original feature space producing enriched matrix, used XGB model. matrix training produces final result that whether person has cardiac or not, high accuracy In addition three other DL such convolutional neural network + recurrent (CNN-RNN), long short-term memory (CNN-LSTM), bidirectional (CNN-BLSTM), also investigated. ETCXGB improved prediction 3.91%, while CNN-RNN, CNN-LSTM, CNN-BLSTM enhanced 1.95%, 2.44%, 2.45%, respectively, simulation outcomes illustrate outperformed classical models terms performance measures. Therefore, using will help medical practitioner make healthcare society decrease mortality rate caused

Background and ethnopharmacological relevance: The morbidity mortality of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are among the highest all diseases, necessitating search for effective drugs improvement prognosis CVD patients. Paeoniflorin (5beta-[(Benzoyloxy)methyl] tetrahydro-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-2,5-methano-1H-3,4-dioxacyclobuta [cd] pentalen-1alpha (2H)-yl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, C23H28O11) is mostly derived from plants family Paeoniaceae (a single genus family) known to possess multiple pharmacological properties in treatment CVDs, making it a promising agent protection system. Aim study: This review evaluates effects potential mechanisms paeoniflorin with aim advancing its further development application. Methods: Various relevant literatures were searched PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar Web Science. All eligible studies analyzed summarized this review. Results: natural drug great development, which can protect system by regulating glucose lipid metabolism, exerting anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress, anti-arteriosclerotic activities, improving cardiac function, inhibiting remodeling. However, was found have low bioavailability, toxicology safety must be studied analyzed, clinical related carried out. Conclusion: Before used as an therapeutic in-depth experimental research, trials, structural modifications or new preparations required.

Traditional Chinese exercises (TCEs) have great value in the prevention and effective treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Our purpose this study was to summarize present research trends future directions regarding link between TCEs CVD by bibliometrics analysis. We searched Web Science Core Collection (WoSCC) for all original articles reviews on published English before August 7, 2022 using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 Microsoft Excel 2019 software, we displayed results form network maps, line graphs, tables. initially obtained 725 articles. showed that United States most influential country research, with Harvard University prolific institution field, and, Evidence-Based Complementary Alternative Medicine productive journal these The highest-frequency keywords area were Tai Chi, exercise, blood pressure, quality life, older adult. Additionally, important topics included heart rate variability, meta-analysis, Baduanjin breathing exercise. In addition, our revealed among TCEs, Baduanjin, Qigong emerged as extensively studied. However, it’s note exclusive focus literature may led missing results. Future investigators should broaden their search include other databases languages a still more comprehensive overview field.
